Temperature Forcing Systems

T-2500SE.

Our premier temperature forcing system, the T-2500SE provides the most advanced temperature testing capability available. The system transitions between +125° C and -55° C, in as little as four seconds, and has a wide temperature range of -90° C to +225° C, encompassing the requirements of both production and R&D facilities. Field-proven, single-stage mechanical refrigeration eliminates the need for liquid nitrogen or any other consumable refrigerants

T-2500E.

The T-2500E PTFS is designed with cost, performance and easy maintenance as essential design concepts. The system provides an economical alternative to the full-featured model T-2500SE

T-2500BE.

The T-2500BE PTFS is configured with a 60 in. (1.5 meter) basic output hose. This uncomplicated design is appropriate for integration with a custom thermal fixture or enclosure. For non-fixture applications, such as direct testing on an auto-tester performance board, the unit provides

easy positioning of the air

source over the DUT.

It is also a benefit for any other

applications where a boom and

thermal test head are unsuitable.

T-2500IX.

The T-2500IX extends the cold temperature range of this product line to -100C without using liquid nitrogen. Salient features of the product are retained. These include the rapid transition rate of +125° C to -55° C, in as little as four seconds; single-stage mechanical refrigeration; and an easy-to-position, integrated support arm.

T-2600BV.
A range of bench-top and portable units. Using vortex technology as the cooling mechanism, these units provide an economical alternative to systems that use mechanical refrigeration or liquid nitrogen. These units have a wide temperature range of up to -30C to +200C.

T-2610BV.

The T-2610BV PTFS is very light and compact, enabling its use in applications where portability of the temperature-controlled air source is key. This very capable and effective test system is the smallest PTFS that we manufacture. The unit has a wide temperature range of -20C to +200C.

This system provides a significant breakthrough:

No external air source is required!

The unit contains an integrated air source, which eliminates the need for installing and maintaining facilities air. Installation is as simple as connecting the electrical power.

Provides trouble-free testing of electronic components over a temperature range of -80C to +225C. The system is easy to use and delivers fast and accurate test results. A new support arm is implemented that enables easy manipulation and placement of the thermal test head.
