FETtest,
Inc. Manufactures Automatic Test Equipment for Discrete
Semiconductors. Now based entirely on Pentium(r) computers,
FETtest systems achieve extremely high throughput rates
with the smallest footprint in the industry. FETtest
systems are in use world wide and their capabilities
go well beyond field effect transistors. In fact, most
of our systems are used to test bipolar devices. From
diodes to transistors to voltage regulators to suppressors,
FETtest systems are in continuous use in production
test, inspection, characterisation in final test and
wafer probing applications.

FETtest
Inc. provides the finest solutions for automatic
testing of discrete semiconductors available. We
have a large installed base of units operating all
over the world and have developed a reputation for
the quality, reliability and performance of these
systems. The approach we have adopted for testing
discrete semiconductors is modular which maximizes
productivity and minimizes cost. |
Our
current product lines include the:

34XX series of single head component testers.
- 36XX
series of dual head component testers.
- IFXX
series of handler/prober interfaces.
For
inspection, characterization, and other high-mix, low-volume
environments, the 340XX single test head system is ideal.
For higher volume applications, the dual head 360XX
series is appropriate. Both types of systems provide
a small footprint, PC-driven solution for production
test. Either system can interface with a wide variety
of probers and handlers via the IFXX interfaces. Options
for these interfaces include lead switching, capacitance
testing, and interfacing for multiple device packages.

Established
in 1976, Thermonics is a pioneer in the design of temperature
testing systems and is the leading supplier of fast
and reliable temperature-testing equipment. Thermonics
offer a range of precision temperature forcing systems
Precision temperature forcing systems (PTFS) are used
for localized, hot and cold temperature testing of semiconductor,
hybrid and other components or small assemblies.
Applications in which tri-temperature automatic component
handlers are either unavailable or inappropriate due
to a low volume of test components are ideal candidates
for use of these systems. Typical applications include
research and development, product development, product
engineering, quality assurance and production test.
Thermonics'
precision temperature forcing systems use highly reliable,
CFC-free, single-stage mechanical refrigeration. All
systems are CE certified.
