The
LaserScribe is ideal for most plastics, including integrated
circuit packages, relay covers, switch housings, and
other plastics; ferrous metals, most non-ferrous metals,
and many ceramics. Exatron engineers will be happy to

The LaserScribe EHM Laser Marker System is designed
to mount to an Exatron gravity-feed or pick-and-place
handling system for marking the devices handled by that
system.
LaserScribe
X-Y Pallet (XYP)
The LaserScribe XYP Laser Marker System is designed
to laser mark a quantity of components mounted in a
manually-loaded, removable fixture which moves under
the laser field on a motorized X-Y table.

Reliability
Incorporated meets a wide range of the back-end process
needs by supplying equipment for testing semiconductor
devices, burn-in systems which accelerate the electronic
aging process of the devices, and equipment that automates
handling and transfer of devices between process steps.

Memory
Test Products INTERSECT™
Memory Test Systems provide burn-in and functional testing
on large quantities of DRAMs and SRAMs. These systems
can be customized for both production and laboratory
use. The following features are available: algorithmic
pattern generator, computer controlled test plans, automated
calibration, voltage and signal monitoring and control,
built in maintenance and diagnostics, and networking
via industry standard Local Area Networks (LANs).

Logic
Test Products
Known as our CRITERIA Family of products, our logic
test systems are designed to burn-in large quantities
of integrated circuits. A partial list of optional features
available includes: an Interactive System Controller,
computer controlled burn-in plans, Reliability's RELNET
system networking, electronic voltage and signal monitoring,
solid state switching, chamber dissipation up to 15KW,
and electronically readable burn-in board serial numbers.

Established

offer a range of precision temperature forcing systems
Precision temperature forcing systems (PTFS) are used
for localized, hot and cold temperature testing of semiconductor,
hybrid and other components or small assemblies. Applications
in which tri-temperature automatic component handlers
are either unavailable or inappropriate due to a low
volume of test components are ideal candidates for use
of these systems. Typical applications include research
and development, product development, product engineering,
quality assurance and production test.
Thermonics'
precision temperature forcing systems use highly reliable,
CFC-free, single-stage mechanical refrigeration. All
