Laser
Marking Systems:-
LaserScribe:
Manually-Loaded Pallet (MLP) Laser Marker
|
The
LaserScribe Manually-Loaded Pallet (MLP) is designed
to laser mark components mounted in a manually-loaded,
removable fixture ("pallet").
It
is especially suited to all sizes of silicon wafers
when mounted in the custom built wafer holder.
Information
such as wafer ID and lot numbers are possible
as well as barcodes and serial numbering. .

Operation
The LaserScribe MLP uses a Windows-style CAD program,
which takes a minimal amount of training. Once the operator
has set the mark, he merely loads a pallet of devices/wafer
into the marker cabinet and presses the "fire" key.
When marking is done, the operator will remove the pallet,
replace it with another, and press fire again. Every
LaserScribe system is equipped with a modem and PCAnywhere
software to allow remote control of the laser control
computer. This allows service technicians to remotely
diagnose problems with the laser and even operate the
laser from a remote location.
There
are many configurations and options available. Please
contact us for further information or if you require
brochures, CDROM or prices.

For
20 years Faith Enterprises have been designing and manufacturing
semiconductor mass wafer transfer systems. Faith Enterprises
has been dedicated solely to manufacturing wafer transfer
systems, and continuous research into improving their
products. Simplicity and dependability have been the
foundation of their success. Because of this philosophy,
the reliability and cost effectiveness of their systems
have always led the way in the wafer transfer industry.
The
Rapitran II series of wafer transfer systems performs
up to four standard transfers: 50-wafer load/unload,
25-wafer load/unload, boat to boat transfer, cassette
to cassette transfer.
Faith
design and build automated wafer sorting and wafer handling
systems and processes for integrated robotic environments.
One unique advantage of our system is the availability
of built in flat or notch aligning.
For
several years Faith Enterprises have worked with wet
process equipment companies to automate their products.
They have used both SECS and parallel I/O interfaces
for communication with the host computer. Fortunately,
the basic design of the Rapitran is already well suited
to an automated environment so special requirements
are very easily adaptable.
The
Faith Enterprises Product Range includes:
THE
RAPITRAN II:
THREE
STATION, 50 WAFER TRANSFER SYSTEM
The
Rapitran II 50 wafer transfer system performs four standard
transfers:
1)
50-wafer load/unload
2) 25-wafer load/unload
3) Boat to boat transfer
4) Cassette to cassette transfer
TWO
STATION, 25 WAFER TRANSFER SYSTEM
The
Rapitran II, 25 wafer system performs three standard
transfers:
1.
25-wafer load/unload
2. Boat to boat transfer
3. Cassette to cassette
The
Rapitran Micro - 25 Wafer Transfer System
The Rapitran Micro is ideal for replacing slide or dump
transfer methods where a cleaner transfer is required.
The
50X2 Wafer Transfer System
The Rapitran II, 50X2 Wafer Transfer System will transfer
a load of 50 wafers from two plastic cassettes into
a quartz boat or specified carrier and back again. Its
unique design saves valuable clean room space while
providing a safe reliable transfer.
The
50X2B Back to Back Wafer Transfer System
The Rapitran II 50X2B Wafer Transfer System will gently
transfer wafers in a proximity back to back position
using most quartz boat styles.
The
Eclipse Wafer Sorting System
OEM
SYSTEMS
Rapitran
II 50 Wafer Transfer System
The Rapitran 50 Wafer Transfer System for wet bench
applications has several different characteristics apart
from our standard three station model.
Rapitran
II 100 Wafer Transfer System
The Rapitran II 100 Wafer Transfer System is designed
to be compatible with Asyst and Jenoptic SMIF robots.
