Motor-Ready Measuring Stage
For customers who want to provide their own motors and controllers we offer this style stage “motor ready”. Includes limit switches, but they are unwired. We make many standard sizes and make custom sizes for many customers.
Standard sizes available: 4”x4” travel, 6”x6”, 8”x8”, 12”x12” and 15”x15”.
Manual Measuring Stage
Our manual measuring stage features co-axial lead screw actuation. Turn the smaller knob for fast movement of ½ inch travel per revolution. The large knob provides fine resolution for accurate positioning. We make many standard sizes and custom sizes for many customers.
Standard sizes available: 4”x4” travel, 6”x6”, 8”x8”, 12”x12” and 15”x15”.
Measuring Stage with Open Frame
Franklin open frame models are for applications where underneath lighting is required. Some customers also use the open frame stage for positioning a lens or objective from underneath or if the ability to inspect a sample from both sides is required.
If motors are not needed this stage can be supplied with manual co-axial control knobs. Open frame measuring stages are built to the same exacting tolerances of all our measuring stages and come in standard sizes of 4x4, 6x6, 8x8, 12x12, and 15x15.
Custom sizes are also available.
